bewilderment and try to get some thing to bring happiness, once we have it we don't know how to nourish a sense of satisfaction.  SKY Education's mission is to teach ways to nourish wisdom. Meditation is classified as  mind-body medicine. We offer yoga & meditation for people of all abilities.
